Housing Sales Increase in August in Greater Saint John August real estate sales were up 19% over 2019 residential housing sales in the Greater Saint John market area. And year to date, sales of single family homes are up a total of 90 units to August 31st when compared year over year. Since the March 2020 Covid-19 shutdown, which closed most businesses, including real estate, demand has outpaced supply in our market.
